People were waiting, sitting on chairs, like at a lecture, some were standing, and then Amber walked in. It was strange to see half the people looking at each other because they were expecting a completely different woman. They thought Amber should look like a boxer or at least a strong triathlete, but instead, a graceful girl in a satin dress with thin straps and a white flower in her hair walked into the room. She walked to the center of the makeshift stage, where there was a chair, sat down, looked at everyone with a direct gaze, took out a cigarette, smoked, and took a few breaths. People thought they were going to smell the thick smell of tobacco, but for some reason, it smelled like flowers: an orchid, a tuberose.
